Downtown Social District:
The Downtown Social District is open from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Social districts allow people to drink alcoholic beverages as they walk through defined areas in Downtown Fuquay-Varina.
During the festival, Beer Garden vendors will begin selling beer at 11:00 am. From 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, alcoholic beverages must be consumed inside the Beer Garden barricades, because the Social District is not yet open.
From 12:00 pm until the festival ends, you may take alcoholic beverages outside the Beer Garden if:
The beverage is in an approved cup with the proper label
You stay within the Social District boundaries
